Due to Toko being very tsundere like, she has a 'brother complex'. She cares for her brother a lot, but does not show it too much. If people compliment or insult her brother she tends to either complain or defend him. Since her brother has become a Civil Servant to support their family, she feels as if she can't go to college and she also needs to get a job as soon as she graduates high-school.
